The Hyper Reflector does a great job outdoors. In my LUX tests, I found that the Hyper Reflector makes the light about 6X more focused.

ZY to Bowens Mount adapter can fit most stand, including C-Stands, and it has an umbrella holder.
Or you can use a traditional Bowens mount softbox, like this 38 inch Glow softbox I showed in the video.
